Photos travel peer-to-peer over WebRTC directly between players in your lobby — they are not uploaded to or stored on a server. When the game ends, they're gone.

Everyone uploads one photo at the start, and the game plays one round per photo in shuffled order. Everyone writes a caption for every photo — including your own — and then votes anonymously for the funniest (no self-votes).
